You will assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the buildings across all wards and other areas within the Directorate including, lighting, plumbing, painting, and any other basic D.I.Y tasks, including routine maintenance tasks and check
- To actively participate in staff meetings and other meetings, as required.
- To operate effective and accurate communication systems for the logging of jobs, preparing daily reports of work to be undertaken and work completed.
- To maintain good relationships with patients, staff and visitors, whilst working in specific areas, always acting in a professional and helpful manner and wearing the designated uniform and safety wear appropriate to task.
- To ensure effective communication to ward and other areas of work to be undertaken to ensure any risks can be effectively managed.
- To maintain accurate records in relation to all aspects of own work.
- To Carry out Compliance checks outlined by the Estates department
