A growing SME organisation within the services industry are looking to appoint a Payroll Administrator on a fixed term maternity contract, which will run until September 2024.

**Payroll Administrator
- About The Role**

You will form part of the payroll teaM/Function and as such assist with the payroll process for a number of legal entities. Multiple payrolls to be processed which will be a variation of both salary employees and people on variable hours (timesheet based payments). This position reports directly to the Payroll Manager and you will be involved within the following areas of the payroll process:
- Setting up new starters
- Processing the statutory information such as P45, P60 and sending out payslips
- Extracting payroll data from the software platform, extracting hours that have been approved for payment
- Assist with the administration of the employee benefits scheme including pension

**The successful Payroll Administrator will have**:

- Ideally you will have experience of administering the end-to-end payroll process either in-house or within a bureau environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Due to location you will need to be a car driver with access to transport
