**Job Purpose**

As a membership organisation, a deep understanding of our global audience’s wants and needs is essential in delivering the best in class experience we aspire to provide our members. - Work closely with the UX Manager to define new ways of working for the organisation to ensure research plays a central role in experience design and decision making.
- Work with the organisation to understand where user-research can best serve digital development and develop proposals for tooling services that embeds research into processes.
- Contributing to the end-to-end research process from stakeholder collaboration/gathering requirements, creating the brief, recruitment, conducting the research, analysing the insights through to sharing the final insights with relevant teams.
- Enhance our digital experience design and development by identifying a range of techniques and methodologies both qualitative and quantitative, that would best suit the problem we are trying to solve.
- Researching and testing designs and prototypes with customers to shape and refine our product roadmap.
- Mentoring other members of the team and RICS colleagues on best ways to approach research & how to use insights. Upskilling colleagues on how to use our research tools and we expand our capabilities.
- Collaborate with other sources of insight from across the business and utilise them to ensure we tell the complete story of our member’s experience.
- Work closely with analytics and data science teams across the business to improve knowledge sharing and ways of working across the Data Guild.
