**As a Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will**:

- Champion the customer experience by consistently prioritising their needs and tailoring solutions to meet Boots Hearingcare's standards of excellence.
- Continuously identify areas for enhancing the customer experience, expanding the product portfolio, or refining clinical practices.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Boots Hearingcare’s values and maintaining a professional demeanour in all interactions.
- Foster strong relationships with store colleagues and your team, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Drive improvements by introducing new processes and procedures that align with Company goals.
- Demonstrate ownership of your clinic, ensuring accountability for its performance and consistently achieving or surpassing KPIs.

**Person Specification**:

- BSc in Audiology or qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing through certified provider.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in audiology.
- Consistent clinical audit results between 3-4.
- Completion of 12+ CPD each year.
- Met or exceeded commercial targets.
- Demonstrated history of success and positions of responsibility within the field.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering holistic hearing care services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace innovation in audiology practice.
- Dedication to upholding company values and adhering to ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
