SSG Care are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to work in our Wirral Head Office

Previous recruitment experience in any area is a requirement, however training will be provided to help you settle into your new role as comfortably as possible.

Your role will consist of recruiting front-line Health & Social Care workers, compliance, staff management, client liaison and general office duties. This will move on to business development and managing your own portfolio of clients and staff.

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills within a consultant role, and for progression to management or even senior management. You will have full support from the team, as well as mentoring and training to help you be as successful as your ambition.

We require someone who is flexible and reliable, with the dedication and drive to succeed in the role. We need a person who wishes to progress within the company, with the potential in time to become part of senior management, managing their own team, area or even region.
