They deliver a comprehensive range of solutions from simple grass cutting, planned preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, building inspections to full block management of residential developments. They ensure clients get the most from their homes.

Due to continued growth and increased demand for their professional services they would like to appoint a **Head of Administration and Finance**. This is a new senior management role providing support to the local Managing Director with responsibility for Client Accounting, Administration and Systems.

- Contribute to the effectiveness of the Oversight Team.
- Use tools and training available to develop and grow in leadership (leading yourself and others) with the ultimate goal of building a stronger and more effective team.
- Direction ownership of support processes ensuring that the teams adhere to them and recognise their value.

You seek excellence and take pride in what you do. You are self-aware but with a desire to develop further and you remain curious and open to learn in all aspects of life. You love to equip others and help them develop as individuals and in their work role.

**Skills**:
You have significant book-keeping/accounting experience and ideally hold a professional accountancy qualification or can demonstrate a level of equivalent experience and qualifications.

You will have significant experience in leading, managing, training and developing others in a work context. You will have analytical skills to compile and evaluate data and make recommendations on how to improve service and operations. You can demonstrate a collaborative approach to working particularly in developing performance goals and long-term operational plans.

You must be an excellent face to face and telephone communicator and be a competent writer of business letters. You will have a detailed working experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
