Our client is an award-winning, full-service, Legal 500 ranked law firm which is growing fast. They have a great opportunity for someone to join their Marketing team, joining an expanding firm working in an environment which champions growth.
Due to the firm’s growth, they are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to support the team with internal and external communications. They are looking for an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal and copy writing skills to work withtheir growing Marketing team in developing a fully integrated marketing communications plan across the firm to support all appropriate functions of the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drafting and editing communications and material to create engaging and creative content for a variety of channels (articles, social media, website, intranet, press releases, biographies, testimonials, success stories and engagement content)
- Creating and executing an internal communications strategy
- Develop, manage and maintain the firm’s new intranet platform
- Analysis of the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities
- Supporting with communications for events, presentations and social media
- Development of the company brand and messaging
**What they are looking for**
- Degree level educated, CIM qualification or equivalent working experience
- Ideally marketing experience within legal or professional service
- Experience in writing content and producing marketing material
- Essential to have knowledge of both hard copy and digital marketing communications, including creating SEO website content
- Comfortable with metrics/analytics/evaluating effectiveness of communications using data
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Competent in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Adobe, such as InDesign, Photoshop (desirable but not essential)
