Our client, a leading SME insurance company, is seeking an experienced Interim Marketing Communications Manager to support their marketing efforts during a busy period.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing a marketing programme to engage and activate brokers, as well as managing product marketing, sales enablement, social media marketing, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive business growth and engagement
  • Manage product marketing campaigns to promote insurance products to brokers and intermediaries
  • Provide sales enablement support to ensure effective communication with clients
  • Run social media marketing campaigns, specifically on LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Oversee the marketing communications operation to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, specifically in insurance. They will also have experience working with insurance brokers and intermediaries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to run ad campaigns on social media platforms and webinars.

What We Offer:

Our client offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 pro-rata, as well as the opportunity to work with a leading SME insurance company. The role is available on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
