An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Team Manager to join us in Birmingham. You will be responsible for helping to shape, grow and manage a team of Solar install coordinators as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations function.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage a team of Install Support Specialists, who work alongside a large team of sales experts, field engineers, and surveyors
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership in the day-to-day running of the customer support function, delivering exceptional customer service during the journey towards installations and beyond
- Look for opportunities to continually improve performance
- Create effective reporting, analyse and act to drive improvement
- Be an advocate for your team whilst creating an elite performance culture to deliver success
- Support the team's growth through impactful coaching and development
- Develop a deep understanding of Octopus culture and customer experience; setting the tone for your team

**What you'll need**:

- To have experience in management and leadership

- To be someone who establishes and works with a network quickly to deliver with a focus on quality and delivery
- To be analytical, seek out data and use this to inform your decisions
- Desirable: Energy/LCT industry experience
