Role:

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Freemarket, their offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Work closely with the Sales, Account Management and Client Implementation teams in the collation and accuracy of all onboarding/KYB documents
- Oversee client configuration and set up such as fees, user information and depositor/beneficiary information
- Act as the first point of escalation for internal teams’ queries
- Handle payment processing enquires from clients such as delays, missing details, rejections and payment confirmations
- Proactively manage the allocation of outstanding payments to client accounts
- Manage a portfolio of smaller clients to ensure ongoing business and reactivate clients who are dormant

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and has impeccable time management skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Team player, with the ability to work autonomously
- Previous B2B experience is helpful, however not essential
