We are Chartered Independent Financial advisers based in Hoole, Chester. We provide our clients with robust, jargon free financial planning backed by the highest quality of personal service. We care greatly about our clients and specialise in long term relationships built on confidence and consistent reliability.

We are an office based company operating from our modern, three-storey
Georgian town house in the aspirational suburb of ‘Notting Hoole’.

**What you’ll be doing.**
This is an entry level position which means full training will be provided in a supportive and encouraging environment. Mentored by the experienced team members, you will primarily be responsible for administration duties required to service our clients, moving on to more technical duties following training.

Such as:

- Answering incoming calls
- Welcoming client to their meetings and providing a high-quality experience
- Managing inbound and outboard deliveries
- Calling providers on behalf of our clients
- Using online banking platforms
- Using IO (Intelliflo) back-office system (full training provided)
