The Vacancy

We are looking for a Lead Test Analyst to join our Business Transformation team who are currently delivering major transformation programme across Paradigm.

This transformation programme encompasses the implementation of our new Housing Management System (Civica Cx) which will transform the way we work by updating our processes, procedures and evolving roles & responsibilities across our business.

Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, this role will lead a team of two Test Analysts and the test workstream on the programme working closely with other workstream leads to ensure that our system is fully tested before launch. Alongside conductingappropriate system and data validation testing, we require this role to bring to life our test strategy and further evolve and execute our test plans over the months running up to go live.

This role will support our other Test Analysts in developing test conditions, scenarios, cases and scripts in accordance with the test phase underway and track and report outcomes. Working closely with the wider programme team in particular our BusinessAnalysts and Subject Matter experts our test team will support the wider business to conduct User Acceptance Testing and ensure that we are prepared to go live.

- Quality of solution and solution implementation being delivered to our stakeholders
- Ability to meet entry and exit criteria for testing
- Net benefits delivered to the business
