The role of the Part time Accounts Assistant: -- To be involved in all aspects of accounts using Sage line 50
- Upload invoices onto database for month end
- Purchase Ledger reconciliation and supplier statement reconciliation
- Preparation of payment runs VAT returns
- Raise monthly sale invoices, accruals, prepayments
- Credit control, chase and manage outstanding debts.
- Ideally you will be able to take the accounts to trial balance / part management accounts

The Part time Accounts Assistant will: -- Be able to provide a full accounts function to our small business
- You must have experience of Sage line 50 as training cannot be provided
- Ideally you will be able to do accounts to trial balance / part management accounts level you may be AAT qualified.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills to be able to resolve queries and problems.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills to keep on top of our business on a weekly basis.
- You will be confident of your own abilities, methodical and well organised, able to make the job your own.

Training

Client and product knowledge provided; however, accounts experience essential.
