- Working experience in a Dealer role or a background within the FinTech/FX/Payment industry.
- Evidence of contribution to business growth and attainment of revenue targets.

- **The role**:_
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with current and potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term, valuable client relationships.
- Liaise with company owners and senior executive at large corporate companies.
- Overall responsibility for company Spot & Forward revenue.
- Maintaining a focus on goals and results whilst striving to exceed targets.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Contribute and maintain our outstanding company culture, values and ethos.
- Be in constant communication with the marketing and sales team to help promote our services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
