This role is phone and office based.
- Creating and sending vehicle orders to dealers and customers
- Requesting vehicle quotes from dealers
- Liasing with finance to generate invoices
- Manage PCN fine representations
- Utilising our rental system
- Managing fleet agreements and customer contracts
- Excellent excel and general IT knowledge
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, dynamic nature
- Quick to learn & the ability to think on your feet under pressure
- An excellent and confident telephone manner
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of focus
- Excellent organisational skills and have the ability to meet deadlines
