Office Administrator

**Role and Responsibility**:
- Assist with processing Sales Order. Checking details against customer PO - product, delivery address, prices and currency.
- Assist with processing calibration pack for dispatch
- Assist with quoting. Checking details against customer enquiry - product, delivery address, prices and currency.
- File Invoices, PO, Cal Certs and job sheets
- Contact customers for PO if missing on arrival
- Assist in stock checks and replenishment lists
- Month end reports for intercompany transactions
- Liaise with Sales and Admin team to assist when necessary
- Liaise with Purchase Manager to assist when necessary
- Liaise with HR Manager to assist when necessary
- Liaise with Finance Manager to assist when necessary

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
