**About the role**:
You will provide a key administrative service supporting whg’s Boards and Committees, assisting with facilitating meetings, preparing reports and presentations and providing administrative support to the teams. You will also manage our signing service, ensuring that formal documents are executed correctly and within timescale. The role includes supporting colleagues across our wider team, collecting and processing information in line with our processes and legal requirements. This is a truly varied and challenging role at the heart of our Governance and Compliance Team.

**Main job responsibilities**:

- Respond to queries from colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, including monitoring inboxes and tasks.
- Prepare meetings, including Board and Committee meetings, training and other meetings and events. This will involve arranging suitable dates, booking meetings, setting out agendas and packs, reviewing paperwork, arranging venues and facilitating the meeting.
- Facilitate a timely document signing service to ensure all documents are authorised correctly in line with legal and contractual limits.
- Carry out general office and clerical duties, such as raising and tracking orders, maintaining records, electronic filing and post.

**We're looking for someone who has**:

- Good standard of education; with GCSE English at minimum of Grade 4 (C) or equivalent;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to examine and analyse information;
- Exceptional organisational skills;
