**The Role - SEN LSA
**For this role, we are actively recruiting for a kind and friendly SEN LSA who is keen to work with students in a SEN school setting. The role will require you to work on either a 1:1 or group basis with students across KS3 & KS4 who have been diagnosedon the Autistic Spectrum and require additional support academically. It is essential that the ideal SEN LSA has experience working with children or young people who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder and can exhibit challenging behaviour.

**This SEN school is located in the London Borough of Harrow and caters for students between the ages of 11-19 years who have various Special Educational Needs such as Specific Learning Difficulty, Visual Impairment, Other Difficulty/Disability, HearingImpairment, Speech, language and Communication, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health, Multi-Sensory Impairment, Physical Disability, Moderate Learning Difficulty, Severe Learning Difficulty and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulty.They currently have 56 students who attend the school and an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding' in all areas from their last inspection in September 2019.
