**The Role - SEN LSA
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for a friendly and experienced SEN LSA who is keen to work with students who have Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Severe Learning Difficulties and Complex Needs. The role will requireyou to build a rapport with the students by providing academic and emotional support, encouraging them to take an independent approach to their learning. Due to the students' needs, the ideal SEN LSA will need to have experience working with children or youngpeople who have SEN such as Autism and Complex Needs. This role requires a full-time commitment on a long-term basis.

**This thriving SEN school is located in the London Borough of Harrow and caters for students aged between 11-19 years who have Special Educational Needs such as ASD, Vision Impairment, Hearing Impairment, PMLD and SLD. They currently have 104 studentswho attend the school an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding' from their last inspection in November 2018.
