TSR are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our clients vibrant team at their regional Yorkshire office. Our client are a Housebuilder who have established themselves as a leading developer in the industry.

As their sales administrator you will be responsible for;
- Providing day-to-day support to customers and the sales team
- Processing reservations and orders
- Taking customer payments
- Preparing customer accounts
- Handover documents
- Updating and maintaining sales records on COINS
- Assisting customers and colleagues with queries
- Calculating and preparing commission and expenses claims for the sales team
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports for the Board and Senior Management

Previous experience in the New Homes or Property industries would be an advantage.

In return you will work 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday and receive a salary of £22,000 plus benefits.
