**What you'll do**

As a Business Analyst in Group Digital Platforms, you'll be primarily focused on our Sky News & Entertainment digital web and mobile estate. You will:

- Provide analysis services throughout the full project lifecycle from elaboration to post-delivery reviews.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements in the form of Agile Epics and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria.
- Work with Product Owners and development squads to build and maintain a well-refined backlog.
- Interact with developers and testers daily to ensure business objectives and user needs are accurately understood and implemented.
- Support delivery planning by ensuring reliable estimates are obtained with associated assumptions, as well as reporting potential risks, issues and dependencies.
- Create documentation that serves as a valuable reference during and after the development process - including use of visual representations such as process flows, data models etc.
- Collaborate with other delivery teams within Sky to ensure key dependencies are identified, documented, and managed.
- Contribute to, and help to foster, disciplined Agile working practices, assisting the Scrum Master in daily tasks, and participating in or leading ceremonies.

- Great collaboration and facilitation skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity with ease and to distil complex requests in to clear concrete steps.
- Ability to manage your time and workload effectively, as you may work on multiple projects at once.
- Awareness of app and web development technologies, techniques, and practices
- Understanding of non-functional requirements such as accessibility, performance, security, and system availability
- Experience working as an Analyst in a fast-paced agile software development environment preferred.
- Open to new ideas, willing to learn, and adaptable to changes.
