About the Role


We are recruiting a talented Business Analyst to join an innovative and dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams, analysing business needs, defining requirements, and helping to implement solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
  • Gather, document, and analyse requirements to define clear project goals and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit and validate business requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis, market research, and process mapping to provide actionable insights.
  • Support project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and recommending solutions.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to communicate findings and project outcomes effectively.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and business requirements.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with project management and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
