Job Opportunity: Mid-Level Business Analyst (Hybrid, £45K)

Are you a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst looking to make your mark in a forward-thinking organization? We’re on the hunt for a mid-level BA to join our team in a hybrid role – primarily remote with occasional trips to our Leeds office .

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Analyze data to drive informed decision-making and support business objectives.
  • Develop and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned.
  • Support project delivery through effective communication and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in creating process maps, user stories, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is a bonus.
