Role Summary:
We are excited to announce that we are looking for an Account Executive to join our team to look after our Display Services clients. Your main responsibility will be to look after, advise and develop our clients in the Displays and Large Format department.You will also be involved in keeping supplier pricing up to date within our ordering system and raising purchase orders if required as well as be expected to do general administration tasks relating to your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quoting and booking in orders
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Answering the phone and responding to customer queries
- Assisting with controlling and re-ordering of stock
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Courier tracking
- Filing and archiving
- General office administration
- Liaising with the production department on lead times and materials
- Managing of client exhibition storage crates
- Assisting in maintaining the Displays showroom
You will:
Work under pressure to strict deadlines, whilst still maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Be a confident communicator both internally and externally
Effectively management of your own time
- Be forward thinking and proactive approach
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be literate in Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet
- Have previous experience of working within a customer facing environment
