Are you experienced in dealing with sensitive and emotive situations? Would you like to take on an exciting but rewarding role by providing support to victims and witnesses of crime? If so, we have a great opportunity for you

You will act as a single point of contact between victims, witnesses and relevant agencies and you will provide case work and general administrative assistance to the Witness Care Unit.

You will be responsible for general admin duties such as updating file details accurately onto databases, producing letters and reports, and use various police systems to input and extract information.

**What is Required?**
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Experience of working with the public, incorporating problem solving and dealing with sensitive and emotive situations.
- Experience of using computers to input, amend or retrieve information.
- Good oral and written communication skills including telephone skills.
- Good organisational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and contribute to the work of the team.
