Job Title: Trainee Fabricator/Installer

**Overview**:
Join our team at Roperhurst Limited, a market leader in the provision of safety critical plastic solutions.

We are seeking a trainee fabricator/installer to work within our production environment welding, shaping and assembling thermoplastic fabrications, as well as installation and maintenance of plant at construction and industrial sites.

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality outcomes to our clients while upholding our commitment to excellence and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and install various components according to drawings and specifications
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and specialist equipment to form and assemble bespoke fabrications
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards for quality and safety
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Qualifications**:
Basic maths is very important in a fabrication environment, as is the ability to communicate clearly.

However no prior experience is required.

We recruit for attitude, so we value reliability and a desire to learn and improve.

A clean UK driving licence would be an advantage, but is not essential.

**Development**:
You will receive a combination of on the job, internal and external training to ensure that you become competent in your role.

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
