**Partner Development Executive**
Position Summary
Hybrid Working: Regular working week will be 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home
Role and Responsibilities
Our mobile B2B familiarity; Technical knowledge in various industry MDMs, UEMs & EMMs; Ability to understand the end-to-end solutions and quickly assess Enterprise IT & Mobility environments; Ability to train and demonstrate to internal teams and customers
- be the trusted partner; Ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders and deliver results; Ability to seek out and build relationships with managed service providers; Focus on customer issue troubleshooting and contributing to successfulsolution delivery; Ability to create and present technical content.
The main tasks you are expected to perform include, but are not limited to:
Serve as a principal technical liaison between HQ product management teams, local subsidiaries and managed service providers.
Resourcefully troubleshoot and escalate issues that arise from internal bugs and third-party changes and outages
Skills and Qualifications
Extensive experience with Enterprise Mobility Solutions gained from managed service providers and good underlying knowledge of Android platform and Knox Have a good technical understanding and experience in various EMMs and vertical solutions in Healthcare,Education, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics and Frontline Experience in launching/supporting managed service for large enterprise and SMB markets from a managed service provider Must be technically hands-on and able to provide live demonstrations of productsDisciplined in running projects and the ability to manage multiple projects Good communication and presentation skills Experience of working in matrix teams across different cultures and time-zones A customer focused, proactive, self-motivated work ethic anda committed, result driven and quick-learning team player University degree in engineering or a related discipline (or an equivalent period of industrial experience).
