The Acute & Stroke Therapy Cluster on the Isle of Wight are part of a wider team of motivated driven therapists who strive for best practice standards.

- To support weekend orthopaedic rota.

Job Statement
- To work autonomously and without direct supervision with clients in the environments where the physiotherapy service conducts interventions, with registered professional guidance, autonomously undertaking interventions with clients in an enabling way to promote independence.
- To provide holistic client centred care and treatment by autonomously carrying out a range of delegated tasks for individuals and/or groups, including administration and clerical duties.
- To contribute to effective and efficient teamwork in the delivery of care to all clients/their families/carers with a wide variety of clinical conditions and social circumstances; working flexibly both within in a team and independently with patients referred to the Service from across the Isle of Wight, seeking professional qualified support as required.
- Act as a competent lone worker in all work environments and take appropriate action in emergency situations and to ensure relationships and own behaviour is managed in
