Role Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding team within a growing company. This role will support our busy customer service and aftersales department by providing accurate, diligent work through several channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide our customers with a first class friendly and professional service.
- Processing and quoting servicing and repairs.
- Maintaining/amending customer data.
- Placing customer orders.
- Arranging returns and collection within the UK and internationally.
- Managing a varied workload as part of a busy energetic team.
- Providing product knowledge to our customers.
- Maintaining strong communication links with customers and colleagues.
- General support to the business as required.
- Contribute to team goals and targets.
- Ability to deal with difficult contacts in a supportive and professional manner.
- Actioning refunds.

Where appropriate, training will be provided.

Key Relationships:

- Service & Repairs.
- Marketing.
- Merchandising.
- Logistics.
- Finance.

Requirements & Experience:

- Familiar with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
- Have a desire to learn new skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Diplomatic problem solver.
- Calm under pressure.
- Methodical approach.
- Experience with CRM tools desirable but not essential.

Hours
- 5-day week - 09:00-17:00 with a 1-hour for lunch.
