**Job Title: Learning Support Assistant: Able to support English and Maths**

**Location: Skegness**

Are you passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential in English and Maths? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Skegness. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the educational journey of students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in English and Maths.
- Assist the class teacher in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement strategies to address individual learning needs and promote academic growth.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that enhances students' confidence and motivation.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in English and Maths.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students' learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

**Working Hours**:

- Full Time, Part time
