We are continuing our very exciting growth journey and we are looking for two Products Owners to join our amazing team. We currently have one permanent position and one 12-month fixed term contract (as maternity cover).**/**

Within this role, you will be setting the direction of our Products, working closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Support You will also be researching and tracking the market, including any changes to aviation regulations and laws, which have a direct impact on myairops® products and services.
- This is truly an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner who will enjoy a high impact and highly collaborative role, responsible for all elements of the Product Owner lifecycle and roadmap, including elements of UX design and wireframing.
- You will not need to be a UI expert, we already have those within the team We've simply found that there is significant value in our Product Owners producing UX prototype designs, enabling clearer messaging across the product development lifecycle.
- This role will suit a talented Product Owner, who would thrive in a fast-paced environment, working across a number of exciting products. **Summary of**
**Primary Responsibilities include**:

- Writing and curating _Epics, Features_ and User Stories in the backlog, ensuring sufficient detail is captured to support refinement, estimation, software engineering and acceptance activities.
- Publish in conjunction with the Senior Product Owner, a product roadmap detailing the near term, mid-term and long-term priorities within the products.
- Utilise market analysis & insights, customer feedback and close collaboration with Senior Management, Senior Product Owner & Sales to provide clear direction for our products.
- Wireframing (using Sketch) and process workflow modelling (using BPMN) to articulate complex requirements and workflows.
- Creation of interactive prototypes (using Invision), de-risking and testing understanding through the presentation and walk-through of prototypes and acceptance criteria with customers and prospects.
- Ensuring Product Backlog Items (or PBIs) are well defined and meet the Definition of Ready (DoR).
- Assisting engineers in the understanding of PBIs and acting as the single source of PBI definition to achieve an estimation and delivery commitment from the engineering team.
- Supporting engineering on the scope of a release and then owning the release management process (“Go / No-go”) to the point of deployment from which the process will be owned by customer success.
- Signing off work (DoD) and the defined acceptance criteria by reviewing the qualitative testing evidence provided by the engineering team.
- Producing materials (written and video) to support the marketing and customer success team in articulating the scope of a release and the value of the capabilities being delivered.
- Close interaction with the marketing team, ensuring the correct messaging is being used in go to market campaigns and advertising.
- Delivering customer workshops and demonstrations to prospective customers.
