**This is the job**

Joining the AA as a Senior Digital Product Analyst, you will be responsible for managing reporting and analysis across multiple business areas and products. You will directly manage a team of Digital Analysts ensuring accurate capture and processing of digitaldata via number of technologies i.e., Google Big Query, Google Analytics, Doubleclick etc. by playing an instrumental role driving improvements through data to existing journeys whilst working closely with the key business areas.

We are looking for someone who can help us understand the 'why’ and identify opportunities for further revenue and volume growth through our channels and website. Driving the digital analytics agenda across the business.

**What will I be doing?**
- Use data and analysis with the intent to deliver meaningful change and opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Ensure data is readily available to key stakeholders through automated reports and dashboards
- Line manage Digital Analysts, driving the agenda and workload for Product - shaping their development and ensuring focus across key growth areas for the organisation
- Consistently check all reporting and analysis for accuracy and work proactively with colleagues to ensure they are making accurate data-led decisions
- Ensure third-party data sources i.e., Google Ads are integrated into digital data tools and end user reports. Take a proactive approach with reviewing existing systems/processes, reporting and analysis by keeping up to date with industry developments, bestpractices and new technologies

**What do I need?**

Essential:

- Proficient demonstrable experience delivering digital data analysis and identifying opportunities
- Previous people management experience with ability to coach/mentor
- Experience working with stakeholders with both technical and non-technical colleagues, in particular Senior Leaders, Executives and Directors
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Data Studio
- Proficient user of SQL particularly for Google Big Query
- Ability to work manage high-pressure workload and multiple projects to meet KPIs/SLAs and coordinate direct reports where necessary

Desirable:

- Knowledge of tag management/data layer implementation
