A fantastic career opportunity has become available at Crosscrown Ltd for an efficient Bookkeeper/Administrator based at Lilbourne Court Nursing Home, preferably with a degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred & ability to manage all aspects of payroll in a timely and accurate manner, to join our team.

**What will you be doing?**

Bookkeeping tasks involve:

- Purchase ledger processing
- Sales ledger processing
- Bank account processing
- Ensuring accuracy of timesheets and invoices, ensuring staff are paid correctly
Role to also include clerical duties to ensure smooth and efficient running of office including
- Answering phone calls and e mails
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Filing and coordinating documents
**What skills do you need?**

Essential Requirements
- strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Able to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Preferred requirements
- Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
- Ability to manage all aspects of payroll in a timely and accurate manner
**Where you will be working?**

You will be working at Lilbourne Court Nursing Home, Clifton upon Dunsmore.

The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021 state that workers, except those who are medically exempt, will have to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 by 11 November 2021 to be able to work in care homes.

**Salary**: Up to £9.60 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
