Office Administrator

**Permanent, Full Time Position**
**Monday to Friday (office based with ad hoc opportunities to WFH)**
**Salary £18,000 - £23,000 DOE**
**Due to the location of the Head Office, you must have a full UK driving licence and have your own transport**
Ideally you will have some experience within an administrative role or have solid customer service skills gained within an office environment.
Duties will include:
- Working as part of a team to organise staff events and staff client gifts
- Support all IT and mobile phone requirements for the business
- Support all office equipment contract requirements
- Taking phone calls/messages
- Being first point of contact for all visitors
- Maintaining out of hours emergency contact list for all properties
- Responsible for the safe keeping of office keys and other such equipment
- Mail merges
- Filing/scanning
- Arranging inspections
- Setting up conference calls
- Formatting and printing of reports, budgets and service charges reconciliations
In addition you will be trained and developed to undertake the following duties:
- Supporting allocated Directors in their day-to-day functions including diary management and travel arrangements
- Assisting with reporting including preparation of reports, proof reading, binding, and issuing reports on time
