**HR Analyst**

**Location: Burnley Salary: £32k**

**The Role**

Whilst working within the HR team, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining HR systems and Document Management and Workflow Solutions
- Supporting the HR Manager in the delivery of the HR System strategy and projects
- Producing accurate reports to users as required ie Management Dashboard
- Carrying out system admin; maintenance, testing, monitoring data
- Support with the HR function when required

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Experience of HR and Payroll systems
- Strong IT skills, including manipulating data

Qualities:

- Ability to multitask well, with different stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to make presentations and facilitate workshops
