We’re looking for a **Head of Community, Crypto/Web3 **to join our **Social Team**

**The Opportunity**

As the Head of Community, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of community moderation & growth strategies across a wide variety of crypto projects. Your primary focus will be on Telegram and Discord, two vibrant platforms that serve as crucial communication channels for our global user base. You will play a pivotal role in building & moderating engaged and passionate communities, fostering meaningful interactions, and driving the growth of our projects.

**Your Mission**
- Develop and implement comprehensive community growth strategies for multiple crypto projects, leveraging the power of Telegram and Discord platforms.
- Lead a team of Community Managers; providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective community management practices.
- Foster an active and positive community environment, nurturing discussions, addressing inquiries, and resolving conflicts.
- Drive engagement initiatives, including organising AMAs, contests, events, and partnerships to enhance the community experience.
- Monitor community sentiment, feedback, and trends, and provide actionable insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to align community strategies with overall project objectives.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in community management and implement relevant strategies accordingly.

- Proven experience in community management & moderation within the crypto industry, with a focus on Telegram and Discord platforms.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency projects and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully growing and engaging online communities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of community managers.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative community growth strategies.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis, utilising community metrics to drive decision-making.
- Passion for the crypto industry and a strong belief in the transformative power of blockchain technology.
