**How you will contribute**
- As a people leader, you will coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports, provide guidance and direction to your team. You will support them to achieve their potential and capability in new and innovative Sourcing techniques and best practice.
- Building your team’s capability in story-telling, engagement and influencing to engage with passive external talent in the right way.
- and long-term talent needs
- Building quality relationships with Business Leaders, understanding their needs intimately to coach and deliver a great hiring match now or in the future
- Ensuring increasing quality of hire by analysing hiring trends, external influences and designing/implementing innovative sourcing strategies to enable Mondelez to attract and hire the next generation of talent
- Develop metrics such as KPIs, ROI and SLAs to evaluate the productivity of sourcing strategies, monitor service delivery and technology effectiveness
- Build up external benchmarking capability to understand competitive intelligence landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders, utilizing data trends to gain insights into how to broaden and diversify our talent pools
- Influence change and drive change management for new solutions/ new ways of approaching sourcing and technology within the recruitment process
**What you will bring**
- Talent Acquisition experience with a passion for Talent Sourcing, talent sourcing techniques and a curiosity for new ways of engaging with external talent to bring them in the Mondelēz family.
- Experience leading, coaching, and evaluating a Sourcing/recruiting team ideally across multiple locations.
- Prior experience of developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to compete for hard to find talent in a competitive environment across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc)
- Strong stakeholder management, project management
- Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights which you can use to influence stakeholders to your perspective and have an impact on hiring decisions.
**Additional Information**
This role is could be based at either our offices in Birmingham or in Uxbridge (free parking at both sites and commutable by public transport)
We work to a hybrid model - 3 days a week in the office
27 days annual leave plus bank holidays - option to buy 5 additional days
