An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Support Administrator to join a fantastic team. The main purpose of this role is to provide operational support to Estate Agents and Letting Agents whilst adhering to set service standards.
Main Duties:

- Accurately deal with queries from Estate Agents and Letting agents regarding systems, processes and services in a timely fashion.
- Liaise with suppliers, namely law firms and inventory clerks to ensure SLAs are met.
- Responsible for issuing daily reports.
- Liaise with customers to take details of their conveyancing case and to chase and take search payments.
- Monitoring mailboxes, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Skills Required:

- Previous experience working in an administrative and/or customer service capacity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload.
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good data input skills.
- Good team player, but, also the ability to work on own initiative.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good organisation skills.
