**The Company**

Tradelink Direct is one of the UK’s largest fabricators of PVC-U and aluminium Windows, Doors and Conservatories. **The Role**
Reporting to the Head of Operational Delivery you will effectively build and develop relationships both internally and externally.

Working closely with our internal teams to schedule production orders in line with capacity and external customers to meet requirements whilst building on existing long term relationships.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Production scheduling
- Account management
- Process orders accurately and concisely
- Maintain a high quality of work for our customers
- Manage our customers’ delivery expectations confidently and efficiently
- Develop, learn and grow as an individual and as a successful Tradelink employee

This position will suit an articulate, organised, enthusiastic person. A team player with excellent organisational and communication skills, who can work under pressure and deal with people at all levels.

**What we need**:

- Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues
- Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues
- Customer Service experience
- Supporting the operational teams

**What you bring to us**:

- Several years of work experience in a scheduling or planning role
- Experience in customer relations
- Experience within the manufacturing and distribution industry would be fantastic but not essential for the right person
- Great MS-Office skills
