**Legal Secretary - Private Client
**Bournemouth

My client, a top tier law firm, are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Legal Secretary in Private Client to join their Bournemouth office.

The team complete work for individuals and families, providing legal advice on a variety of matters such as investments, taxation, estate management, wills and testamentary capacity (a person’s legal and mental ability to make or alter a valid will).

There is scope for the individual to have a really positive impact in this team, helping to review current processes.

**Key requirements for the role are**:

- Experience working as a Legal Secretary or similar in Private Client
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-motivate together with the ability to work well as part of a team to meet tight deadlines;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- An excellent understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft software packages including the production and editing of various forms of documentation;
- Experience using modern document management systems (experience of Proclaim and iManage would be particularly useful).
