**Receptionist (Temporary - Permanent)**

**£10/hour**

**Egham**

**Duties will include**:

- Welcoming/directing visitors and clients
- Issuing visitor badges
- Booking meeting rooms and liaising with catering dept as required
- Answering and screening incoming calls, directing to the appropriate person/department
- Arranging couriers

**Person Specification**
- Ideally from a corporate background
- Customer Service is KEY
- Bright bubbly personality
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- IT: Intermediate Level with Microsoft Office (on site bespoke package will be included in induction)
- Excellent Presentation
- Excellent Administration skills
- Switchboard experience (ideally Cisco) and strong administrative and organisational skills.

8 hours per day (plus one hour lunch break) Monday to Friday covering a 7.30am - 6pm day on a rota basis.
