**Overview**:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals in a home setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist individuals with additional needs with their daily tasks to live independently in their own homes
- Engage individuals in social activities and provide companionship
- Follow care plans to ensure individualized care for each person
- Document and report any changes in individuals' health or behavior

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively
- Prior experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable
- Proficiency in English to communicate with individuals and staff effectively
- Familiarity with care plans and implementing them accordingly
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes

Hours required:
Monday 16:00-23:00 with a sleep in.

Tuesday 7-930am

Friday 16:00-23:00 with a sleep in

Saturday

7-930am

Sleep in rate is paid at £51.75 and any waking hour paid at £11.50

Please note this role is not suitable for self employed carers.

Full training will be given.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week
