Kalyan, Consultant Spine Surgeon, at our expanding practice, Spine Solution Limited. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional patient care.

**Your Role**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and business support.

**Main Duties**:

- Formulate clinic letters and forward them to patients and GPs.
- Handle patient inquiries and phone calls.
- Guide patient appointments and their journey through the clinic.
- Assist with imaging availability for appointments.
- Create and send invoices, and process payments.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and update the online practice software system.
- Prepare for clinics and organize clinical notes.
- Manage diaries and schedules.
- Occasionally type urgent clinic letters.
- Manage clinic notes and filing.
- Conduct weekly and monthly clinic data analysis.
- Improve efficiency and processes within the clinic.
- Participate in business development activities such as managing social media and collecting patient reviews.
- Manage office inventory.
- Provide coverage for other secretaries' absences.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Hours**: 30 to 42 per week
**Salary**: Starting from £12 per hour, depending on experience.

**Additional Benefits**:

Pay: £22,500.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
