Now, we’re looking for a Hospital Lead to drive clinical operations at our animal hospital in Victoria.

This is a rare opportunity for a leader from a veterinary or clinical/medical background to take on a strategic level role with the potential to make an incredible impact.
You’ll be taking on a key leadership role in one of our flagship hospitals, driving change and ensuring all pet owners, regardless of their financial situation, are able to access the best veterinary care.
**The Role**
As the Hospital Lead, you will oversee the delivery of the clinical strategy at our animal hospital in Victoria, London.
In this brand new role, you will ensure that the hospital is operating effectively, in a sustainable, efficient manner with consistent standards and processes.
You will take on a wide range of diverse responsibilities including team leadership, change management, financial management and facilities and maintenance. You will also ensure the delivery of first class customer service and a Health & Safety compliant environment.
As a senior management figure, no two days will ever be the same as you also provide key support to the clinical team and maximise opportunities to integrate services and build partnerships.
Additionally, you will:

- Seek to continuously improve processes, make efficiencies and drive sustainability
- Drive income generation, maximising donations and fundraising opportunities
- Ensure the welfare of pets and the service we deliver to owners is second to none
**About You**
To be considered as the Hospital Lead, you will need:

- Experience of leading teams through continuous improvement, progressive and cultural change
- Experience of leading professional multi-disciplinary teams in a veterinary or clinical/medical environment or similar
- Proven experience of delivering strategic objectives at an organisational, directorate and hospital level
- Extensive experience of managing a budget to include the monitoring, forecasting and production of numerical data for reports and insights
The salary for this role is a Grade 2.
