As a Scrub Practitioner specializing in Orthopaedics, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons during surgical procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. You will ensure that all instruments and supplies are in place, and maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure.

In addition to your technical duties, you will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the patient throughout the surgery. This will involve monitoring vital signs, assisting with positioning the patient, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team.

As a temporary member of our team, you must be able to adapt quickly to new environments and work well under pressure. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide the highest level of care to our patients.
