**About The Role**:
Our training team play a key part in ensuring the continued delivery of excellent care throughout Nexxus care services, ensuring every employee is confident and competent in their ability to work in a person centred, compassionate way.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **full-time trainer** to support and strengthen our training department. You will be delivering company training as required through a blend of online and classroom-based learning for our employees throughout Nexxus Care.

**About You**:
To be successful you will need to have demonstrable experience of developing people and supporting them to achieve learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- EAT/PTLS or equivalent qualified
- Microsoft office skills including PowerPoint
- Knowledge of writing and developing training programmes
- Understanding and ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Understanding of general care delivery
- Knowledge of safeguarding
- Ability to manage workload and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised

It is essential that you are a driver with access to your own vehicle, live within a commutable distance to Staffordshire and have flexibility in working patterns and locations when required.
