- We have a great opportunity in our development team for a Project Manager. Your role is to partner with the Director of Development and Deputy Chief Executive as a delivery agent, project leader, external representative and implementor of strategic andoperational development objectives to provide new homes to meet local housing need and strengthen the business. _Operational experience will be required in sourcing development opportunities, feasibility review and site acquisition_

**Requirements**:
**Outline of key responsibilities**:

- Development project administration to meet Homes England requirements
- Work with internal and external teams and consultants in a variety of disciplines in site acquisition, project feasibility and development works.
- Assume a Havebury Client representative role on development projects.
- Represent Havebury at external meetings with development partners and other agencies.
- Lead site acquisition negotiations, contract procurement and S106 development agreements.
- Effective use of project management and project appraisal tools/software to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Effective management of development project cashflow.
- Ensure schemes are developed in accordance with agreed internal strategic and operational procedures.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Extensive experience working in a project management position within a development team
- Understanding of affordable housing development procedures
- Demonstrable experience of managing development projects from inception to completion.
- Competent with appraising schemes with a strong understanding of the cost and risk assessment involved.
- Must have a UK Driving license
