You will support the Operations Manager with identifying, reviewing, planning and implementing projects and strategies that deliver operational excellence and key business objectives. You will be a confident communicator and able to engage effectively with various internal and external stakeholders as well as manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams and deliver outcomes within required timeframes and budgets.

You will also be able to collaborate with colleagues from both within operations and the wider business and act as a role model offering support, guidance and coaching to the Operations Associate/Senior Operations Associate. You will implement internal audits to drive improvements in compliance and processes.

**Key Skills of a Lettings Operations Co-Ordinator at Spicerhaart**
- You will have a background in Lettings and/or Property Management
- Can demonstrate influential leadership.
- Have completed a professional qualification such as ARLA or Safeagent or be willing to complete a qualification within 12 months of starting the role.
- Able to design and execute projects and have project management experience.
- Have demonstrable experience within Lettings Operations, Residential Lettings or Property Management.

- You will be an effective communicator with the proven ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisation, building strong cross-functional relationships.
