**TS Group **is currently recruiting a building risk and compliance adviser to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to manage risks relating to buildings under property service

In return, our client is offering a salary of **up to £42,000 P/A**, depending on experience, plus

Your responsibilities will include:

- Undertake monitoring and auditing of scheduled work activities undertaken by contractors, relating to the built estate, with a focus also on FM hard and soft activities across Property Services.
- Undertake monitoring and auditing of PS teams to ensure compliance with recorded procedures.
- Utilise the Property Services asset management system (Concerto) within audits, to confirm evidence of compliance has been undertaken and saved. (Service records, certification, task scheduling, sign off etc).
- Follow up on areas of remedial action and identify potential wider related issues across the estate and how these can be actioned. Undertake surveys and Operational Reviews as required.
- Identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and make proposals that can be introduced at a “practical” level.
- Identify trends and support Property Teams in finding the cause and solution to these.
- Substantial experience in building maintenance including good knowledge of technical standards.
- Good communication skills - able to influence and make sound judgements in varied and complex situations.
- Good organisational and project management skills - ability to manage workload within the teams objectives across a range of activities including some report writing.
- IT literate, Microsoft Office 365.

Pay: £25,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
