Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Handy Persons - Coleraine
- Hourly Rate: £10.19ph
- Location: Coleraine
- Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon to Thursday and 8.30am - 4pm on Fridays

**Duties**:

- Provide an emergency call out service, at night and weekends, on a rota basis.
- Public Sector

Criteria:

- 2 year’s relevant experience in a similar role ie handy person / labourer or equivalent.
- A full current driving licence (B1 plus E or C1 plus E) and access to a form of transport.
- Able to carry out roofwork repairs (tiles and chimney), patching of plaster and brickwork, concrete paths and erecting metal handrails, sewer repairs, flagging and other general labouring tasks.

As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure.
